BigRedPictures is the creative home of filmmaker Connor Lucas, a Writer, Director and Camera Operator with experience spanning Reality Television, Live Sport, Commercial Content and Narrative Filmmaking.

After graduating University with a major in Film and minors in Marketing and Journalism, Connor began his career in Australian television as a Camera Assistant before progressing to Camera Operator roles on major productions including Holey Moley, I'm a Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here! and Australian Survivor.

He later moved to Sydney to work with Fox Sports, operating cameras across studio broadcasts and live sporting events.

Alongside television work, BigRedPictures has collaborated with production companies, creators and businesses on projects ranging from QLD Fire & SES training videos to ABC programs, actor showreels, auditions, music videos and original narrative films.

Most recently, BigRedPictures completed its first original short film, Suburban Struggle, a 27-minute comedy, continuing a focus on character-driven storytelling and independent filmmaking.
